We are a multi-disciplinary building design studio based in the outskirts of Perth CBD. Our passion and focus is on custom designed homes. Good design is more than just aesthetics. It is the physical expression of how we use spaces and the powerful, visceral reaction we experience in them. Each project has unique circumstances and therefore requires unique design consideration. We see architecture as a pragmatic art-form built on the foundations of human experience, lifestyle, and needs; a response that contributes to life. 

Encompassing more than just mass and space, design is an expression of an identity, a representation of the user, a response to the environment and a position in time. We seek to find and fulfil our client’s unique identity, create moments of surprise, wonder and appreciation (emotion).

Qualifications & experience

• Must have previously worked for a residential builder or design company.
• minimum 2-3 years experience
• proficient with Archicad and the 4D library.
• self driven with problem solving skills.
• experience with two storey homes
• works well under pressure and short deadlines when required.
• creative design flair.
• Construction and R-code knowledge

Tasks & responsibilities

• Documentation/working drawings from small to large scale architectural homes.
• Opportunity to work on concept designs
• Opportunity to do site measures and 3D modelling for renovation projects.
• liaising with builders and clients to resolve brief and concept designs
• Client amendments.
• Pre-start amendments.
