You'll demonstrate a hardworking and passionate work ethic, working within a close-knit team to provide GREAT customer service.  

About the role: 

• Prepare, manage and resource weekly promotional activities for draws, bingos, trivia, and raffles 
• Research, develop and activate a weekly live entertainment strategy and seek opportunities for Major Acts throughout the year  
• Collaboration and creation of promotional activities that ultimately provide both a “show” and a memorable experience 
• Contribution to website maintenance, social media platforms, and member communications 
• Monitoring daily promotions activity and provide monthly reporting on results 
• Maintain entertainment ticketing system, communicate to team and manage ticketing enquiries  
• Submit and maintain all permits for programs, promotions, progressive lotteries  
• MC/Host of Loyalty Events and Major Promotions 

 To succeed in this role, you’ll have: 

• A friendly, energetic, and upbeat personality  
• Experience leading and mentoring a team in a fast-paced environment 
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure 
• Flexible and adaptable nature as split shifts, nights, weekends, and public holidays will be required 
• RSA and RCG (must be willing to obtain if you do not yet have one)
