Your Role:
As a Junior Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will play a vital role in helping us build our talent acquisition function from scratch. This is a hands-on role where you'll be actively involved in all aspects of recruitment, from sourcing and screening candidates to overseeing regular recruitment functions. We're offering a unique opportunity for you to learn and develop in a large and growing allied healthcare business. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen, and assess candidates using a variety of methods, including job boards, social media, and networking.
• Coordinate and conduct interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Assist in the establishment and optimization of recruitment processes and systems.
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve recruitment practices and outcomes.

About You

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field advantageous but not essential.
• Strong passion for talent acquisition and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Resourcefulness and adaptability to work with limited formal systems and resources.
