Responsibilities as a Senior Investment Property Strategist:

  • Lead strategy sessions with clients eager to build wealth through property investment.
  • Analyse client profiles, providing tailored investment opportunities aligned with their goals, risk tolerance, and financial circumstances.
  • Develop comprehensive investment proposals and presentations detailing strategic recommendations and projected returns.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to implement effective investment strategies.
  • Coordinate with acquisitions and contracts teams to ensure exceptional client outcomes.
  • Stay current on market trends, property values, and economic indicators to deliver informed strategic advice.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in Property Investment or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of property markets, investment principles, and financial analysis techniques.
  • Proven background in investment strategies, investment management, and finance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to establish rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to convey complex investment concepts in an accessible manner.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering favourable property investment outcomes for clients.
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • RG146 certification and/or a current Queensland real estate license are desirable but not mandatory qualifications.
