My client is a leading Financial Services business with a strong brand presence and outstanding growth potential. They have a dynamic, high-performing culture that values teamwork and encourages progression internally and cross-functionally throughout the group. Recently, they have acquired a large business and are in the process of integrating the entity into the group / business. Off the back of this, an Integration Director is required to set the strategy and drive the transformation for all streams of the integration.

Off the back of this, an Integration Director is required to set the strategy and drive the transformation for all streams of the integration.
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing the overall program organisation and establishment.
- Managing the development and implementation of program plans to meet objectives.
- Senior-level stakeholder management (board level)
- Developing and embedding program governance and reporting framework to monitor implementation, progress and delivery of the transformation
- Providing effective leadership and people management and coordination of project staff.
- Previous experience in working on a large-scale business separation or integration is essential.
- Previous experience in leading a business-wide integration is essential.
- Previous experience of working in financial services is preferred.
- Previous experience of working for a tier 1 consultancy is preferred.
- Track record of delivering cross-functional transformation programs.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and client relationship skills.
- Strong communications skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly motivated, self-driven with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work autonomously or collaboratively and apply problem-solving skills.
