The Role
Position: Maintenance Fitter (Night Shift)
Location: Ingleburn
Rate: $45-$48 per hour + 30% night shift loading
Hours: 8.00pm - 4:06am (Mon-Fri)
About You
Our ideal candidate is a seasoned fitter, who is suitably experienced in a dairy, beverages or similar manufacturing environment, with a Safety starts with Me mindset and possess the following key skills and experience:
- Trade qualified with a min of 3 years experience as a maintenance fitter
- Desirable: Certificate of Electrical Safety (COES) & Restricted Electrical Worker's Licence (REL)
- Able to carry out work safely by following all safe work practices, policies and procedures
- Working knowledge of maintenance management systems (MEX preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to investigate failures and make recommendations to reduce risk and continuous improvement of systems and processes
- Positive attitude, collaborative and can work well in a team environment
- Independent and autonomous self-starter.
