We deliver tailored managed services and procurement solutions to support and simplify an organisation’s print, marketing, and operational activities.  We are seeking a marketing co-ordinator to work within the Sales team, assisting with client enquiries, quotations and being a key driver in implementing the companies marketing strategy.

The Role

Due to organic growth, E-Bisglobal is seeking a permanent, full-time or part-time marketing co-ordinator to drive the implementation of the organisations marketing strategy. Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director, this role will also support the Sales team in responding to client enquiries, quoting and sourcing innovative promotional products. 

Key Functions of this role include the following:

Sales & Marketing Support:

Provide support to the Sales & Marketing team, including:

• Co-ordinate ad-hoc projects across marketing channels
• Assist in the review of marketing material to ensure it is in-line with the company’s brand guidelines
• General administration, ad-hoc data cleansing (CRM system)
• Manage the creation and execution of digital advertising
• Manage advertising expenditure through LinkedIn
• Assist in the co-ordination of marketing events, conferences, trade shows, etc.

Promotional Products Co-Ordination:

• Timely review and respond to promotional products sales briefs
• Appropriately spec out jobs in procurement system to obtain quotes and assess responses
• Research new suppliers to enhance promotional product supply chain (domestic and offshore)
• Manage importation process for international orders if required
• Recommend alternative product options to clients (i.e. sustainable options)
• Liaise with Sales team to receive client approval and manage production of job
• Process job through internal ERP system and conduct quality checks upon receipt

Other Duties:

• Be responsible for conducting due diligence on promotional product suppliers, ensuring compliance with E-Bisglobal’s supplier accreditation framework
• Be an active member of the implementation team of a new promotional products sourcing system
• Other ad-hoc duties as required

Successful Applicants Will Have

• Previously exposed to the promotional products sector and/or importing goods
• Existing knowledge of offshore promotional product suppliers would be highly regarded
• Strong attention to detail with an ability to multi-task simultaneous projects
• Exposed to the implementation of digital marketing strategies through Mailchimp or LinkedIn
• Experience in creating social media content 
• Clear communication skills both verbal and written
• A strong customer service ethos is essential
• Enthusiastic, energetic team player who can work on their own whilst possessing the ability to seek assistance and/or escalate concerns when required
