Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chef to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for a passionate and driven individual to take the next step in their culinary career.

As part of the team at TMBG, you will play a pivotal role in the Bunbury based operations. This exciting and evolving role offers flexibility, growth opportunities, and the chance to have direct involvement in the development of the company brand.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Working with the kitchen teams across our Bunbury based operations to ensure quality and consistency.
Managing supplies
Menu development
Food safety
Working with the FOH managers to ensure a consistent offering.

Proven experience and solid work history.
Entrepreneurial flair and the ability to think creatively.
Solid cooking skills and a passion for culinary excellence.
Strong organisational skills.
Knowledge of food safety and compliance standards
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
