Sales and Customer Service - flexible hours available
We are keen to hear from applicants for a sales and customer service role at our Narellan store. Some relevant experience is preferred but equally important is your energy and great interpersonal skills.

About the Opportunity
The roles focus on showroom and counter sales and customer service. Key duties include:
- Providing excellent service and ensuring customer satisfaction at all times in person, or via phone, email, or our website.
- Managing all phone and email enquiries promptly, efficiently, and to customers’ satisfaction.
- Assisting the customer service team with phone enquiries and counter sales.
- Staying abreast of all GYC website offers and products.
- Maintaining and enhancing the GYC customer database
About you
It is desirable that you have had some sales experience and an understanding or experience with the products and equipment we sell/repair and the industry in which we operate. Most importantly you must enjoy greeting people and helping them with their inquiries. You need to be upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic about selling. In addition you should have aquired experience or skills in:
- Achieving targets
- Oral and written communication
- Computer programs and P.O.S applications
- Working independently and in a team
- Attention to detail and initiative
- • Basic knowledge of or interest in outdoor power equipment
