The Set Out Manager Pre-production assists the Operations & Production Managers with the production team to produce quality cabinetry from trade clients custom inputs and downloaded designs through our established Qiitp - (Quality is in the process) System and our lean manufacturing processes. 

The Set Out Manager Pre-production will have the managerial and technical skills to:

• Lead Client satisfaction through the use of our “Qiitp and the Help Desk” 
• Lead & Inspire Talented Tribe of Expert Tradesmen, the  Preproduction team in their professional development and the use of ‘Cabinet Vision’ and the provision of the tips and training for our Help Desk
• Schedule approved Jobs and  factory output.
