General Job Description:
Update /control products specifications and MSDS
Create/extend new item code, Check H.S code and update to import tax file
Update AVL and approval vendor list and coordinate with Finance to open new vendor
Create P/O 
Coordinate with Finance Department to arrange the payment to supplier 
Follow up shipments schedule and follow up shipping documents in coordination with Sales Department
Update all filing system
Verified COA
Good Received / Good Issue for samples
MRP Controller
Product Sourcing
Check import license status and coordinate to get import license
Costing to Sales team

Qualifications:
Male / Female
Bachelor's Degree or higher in science or related field
At least 2 years of experience in oversea purchase
Computer skill: Must be adept in use of MS Office 2007 or later, particularly Excel and Word, Internet and e-mail
Good command in writing and reading English
Good responsibility, have purchasing and sourcing skill
