We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Fitter & Turner (machinist) to join our team based in our Gympie Workshop.

Desired skills and Experience

• Trade Qualification (Mechanical Fitter & Turner) 
• Working with centre lathes, milling machines and line borers (key role)
• Manual turning experience
• Previous experience with onsite fitting and machinery maintenance ensuring that machines are running efficiently and safely
• Maintain workshop and machinery in a clean and tidy condition AT ALL times
• Keep to schedules and time lines as specified by Leading Hands and/or Manager
