Appointment Setter
Established over 30 years ago, the Company is a successful manufacturer of high-quality polyethylene products to the Agriculture, Resources and Construction industries, with headquarters in Dalwallinu, WA and offices across the region. It has experienced exponential success since inception, with both organic and acquisitive growth, and is now embarking on an exciting new phase in the company’s history. As such, it is looking for a highly motivated Business Development Administrator to help support growth for the sales function
Scope of Duties:
The role is primarily responsible for the setting appointment for the Business Development Managers in the Resources and Construction market, reporting to the Marketing Manager.
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Initiate outgoing phone calls to cultivate new business relationships and schedule meetings for sales team members.
- Utilize various channels including phone, email, LinkedIn, and marketing activities such as sending lumpy mail packs to prospect for new business.
- Contact prospects to assess inbound leads (RFQs) and appropriately assign them to sales team members.
- Follow up on inbound leads (RFIs), qualify them, and convert them into sales-qualified leads, passing them on to sales upon successful conversion to RFQ.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data and interactions in the CRM system (HubSpot).
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the company's products and services to facilitate the sales process effectively.
- Support the sales team by assisting in booking and facilitating meetings as required.
- Represent the company at marketing events and customer-facing events such as trade shows.
- Conduct outbound calls to clients to support marketing strategies (Case Study or Testimonials) and enhance lead generation efforts.
- Conduct client or market surveys to gather insights on competitor products and services, ensuring Coerco maintains a competitive edge.
- Provide management with accurate and timely information regarding sales activities and lead generation efforts.
Skills / Experience / Qualifications:
- Sales or appointment setting experience
- Strong communication skills, with good phone etiquette:
- High level of IT proficiency.
- Industry familiarity (Resources and/or Construction) would be ideal.
- Tertiary qualification in a business or marketing stream would be advantageous
