Overview:
             This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with local IT regulations. Responsibilities include understanding regulatory requirements, establishing policies and processes, engaging with various teams, and implementing cybersecurity measures to minimize losses from cyber threats and regulatory breaches. Additionally, conducting IT risk assessments, managing compliance for new business products, and overseeing audit and regulatory reviews.

Job Description:

• Effectively work with a cross-functional teams to drive compliance to local IT regulatory expectations by understanding the regulatory requirements, establishing policies and processes & engagement with Business, Operations, CISO, IT teams, compliance, local management
• Accountable for the implementation of cyber security and information technology risk policies, technology and tools, and governance processes to create solutions for minimizing losses from cyber security issues, failed internal processes, inadequate controls, emerging risks and regulatory breaches.
• Responsible for doing IT Risk Assessment, IT Risk Compliance related to new business products.
• Manage audit/ regulatory reviews including coordination, communications, and required actions with internal auditors, external auditors, regulators, and internal stakeholders as appropriate.
   

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in computer science, technology, or related
  disciplines
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in the banking/ financial industry
• Possess solid understanding on banking related applications and technologies in terms of products and supporting services, system and business operation procedures, risk management, regulatory compliance, etc.
• Familiar with Thailand financial regulatory requirements and their impact on IT policies
• Knowledge and expertise of industry Information Security Standards and relevant certifications (ISO 27001, NIST, CISSP, PCI DSS or equivalent)
• IT audit background in banking/ financial industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to get along with all levels including senior partners.
• English and Thai language proficiency; Mandarin a plus
• Strong capability for running multiple tasks simultaneously understanding priority and delivery timeline.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and changes in a fast-paced environment
