Johnston Grocke is a well-established professional services firm operating from modern offices on Glen Osmond Road at Fullarton.  Johnston Grocke offers its clients access to financial planning, accounting and business advisory.

An opportunity has become available for a motivated, hardworking individual to join our administration team as a Financial Planning Assistant. This role is part time (days and times negotiable) and may suit a current studying student in the financial or accounting areas. 

We seek an individual to be involved at the ground level, assisting the team with day to day admin tasks of the firm whilst also being included in larger efficiency projects such as organising data for preparation of client financial advice documents.

Your key tasks will be:

  • Information management including uploading, entering and maintaining client data
  • Using various technology platforms that assist the firm in meeting service standards to clients
  • Liaising with clients for appointments and diary management
  • Assisting with investment schedules and ad hoc efficiency projects

 Skills required:

  • A good communicator with good presentation skills
  • High attention to detail and strong focus on accuracy
  • Ability to prioritise and work independently when required 
  • Good time management skills
