We are currently seeking an experienced draftsperson to join one of Perth's most respected and longest running building companies.

The SSB Group comprises of Content Living and Dreamstart Homes. We have been continuing to help build family homes since 1992. Our excellence service and quality within our homes is what makes our company stand out to Western Australians.

This Role will encompass the below tasks

• Checking Contract Drawings, Prestart Variation and Construction Variations
• Drawing Sales Sketches and Revisions to Sales Sketches
• Liaising with Various External Organisations for Construction and Admin Purposes

 Essential qualifications and experience:

• Equivalent to Certificate IV in Residential Drafting (or higher qualification)
• Demonstrated knowledge of the BCA, R-Codes, R-MD Codes, Developer guidelines
• Ability to interpret LDP's, Planning policies, Structure Plans, Developer guidelines
• A minimum of 3+ years experience working as a draftsperson for a residential home builder
• Strong Practical and on the Job Knowledge of Archi-Cad
• Have a high attention to detail
• Ability to work both autonomously and part of a team
