Role Overview:

As a Communications Advisor, you'll be at the forefront of strategic community and stakeholder management services. Your expertise will be crucial in providing guidance on media relations, crisis communications, risk assessment, community engagement, and communication strategies using cutting-edge tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Offer strategic communication advice to Project Directors, Communications Leads, and other stakeholders.
• Take ownership of crisis and reputation management strategies, identifying and mitigating key risks.
• Advise on communication strategies for handling difficult stakeholders and critical conversations.
• Develop innovative strategies for stakeholder management and engage with diverse interest groups.
• Prepare high-quality communication materials, including media releases, newsletters, and speeches.
• Coordinate community and stakeholder engagement activities, ensuring effective communication strategies.
• Plan and manage key communication events such as road commissioning and media opportunities.
• Provide training and support to enhance communication skills within the project team.
• Develop and implement communication policies to support strategic objectives and ensure compliance.
