To succeed in this position, you will need to be a hard-working and dynamic business professional capable of ensuring that exceptional customer service is delivered to every one of our new car guests. You will need to demonstrate prior carsales experience and that you have the ability to lead our new car sales team from the front and continually drive our already established high performance culture.

This role would suit an experienced sales manager or senior sales executive who is looking to take the next step in their career,. We are after someone looking to build a long term and successful career with one of the central coasts leading dealer groups.

Day-to-day you can expect to.

• Manage all aspects of Chery retail and fleet team sales activities 
• Negotiations and assisting sales team close sales on a daily basis
• Ensuring all guests are provided with the ultimate customer experience
• Developing and delivering strategies to maintain strong sales processes and maximize gross profit
• Stock ordering and floor plan management
• Conducting regular follow-up of all enquiries and post delivery contact
• Providing consistent sales training
• Productivity and performance management of sales team
• Forward planning and marketing i
• Building a strong relationship with Chery Australia’s staff

• Experience in a similar role will be highly regarded but at least 5 years automotive sales experience is essential 
• Exceptional communication, negotiation and sales skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform under pressure.
• Outstanding customer service skills whilst being courteous and reliable.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Intermediate/High Computer skills
• A true team leader that can deliver a fun and friendly work environment 
• Immaculate personal presentation
• Able to work 11 day fortnight
