We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of marketing strategies, managing a team of marketing professionals, and ensuring the successful implementation of marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of marketing principles, and the ability to drive innovative marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:
1. Develop, implement, and manage strategic marketing plans to meet organizational objectives.
2. Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the achievement of marketing goals.
3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels.
5. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
6. Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing activities and campaigns.
7. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, integrating innovative marketing techniques into the overall strategy. 

 

Qualification :

Education: A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field is required. Additional certifications or coursework in hospitality management or food industry marketing are advantageous.

Experience:

  • Proven track record in developing and executing marketing and PR strategies within the QSR industry, with a focus on driving foot traffic, increasing sales, and enhancing brand awareness.
  • Experience in managing PR campaigns specific to the food and beverage sector, including product launches, promotions, and partnerships with influencers or media outlets.
  • Strong understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in QSR marketing, such as menu innovation, seasonal promotions, and competition within the market.
  • Proficiency in leveraging digital marketing channels, such as social media, email marketing, and mobile apps, to engage customers and drive online and in-store traffic.
  • Familiarity with menu engineering principles, pricing strategies, and customer segmentation to optimize marketing efforts and maximize ROI.

Skills:

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling messaging tailored to diverse audiences, including customers, employees, and stakeholders.
  • Creative flair and the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns and promotions that resonate with QSR customers and align with brand values.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data, customer feedback, and market trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies for growth.
  • Proficiency in content creation and storytelling, including the ability to produce engaging social media posts, blog articles, and multimedia content.
  • Project management skills to oversee multiple campaigns and initiatives simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations, health codes, and industry standards to maintain compliance and uphold brand reputation.

Industry Knowledge:

  • Deep understanding of the QSR landscape, including competitors, consumer preferences, and emerging trends in food and beverage marketing.
  • Awareness of regulatory requirements related to food labeling, nutritional information, and advertising standards within the QSR industry.

Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing successful QSR marketing campaigns, promotional materials, and measurable results, such as increased sales, customer engagement, or brand visibility, is highly valued.

Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including operations, culinary, and franchise partners, to align marketing and PR efforts with broader business objectives.

Passion for Food and Hospitality: Genuine enthusiasm for the QSR brand, its menu offerings, and the overall customer experience is essential for building authentic connections with customers and driving loyalty.
