This represents an exciting opportunity with a friendly accounting firm based in Taree.

This firm has been in operation for many years and are well known in the local community.

POSITION

Due to growth the position of Senior Business Services Accountant has been created within the Business Services Team.

This role will involve the following:

• Preparation of tax returns and financials for a variety of SME clients
• Div 7A, CGT, FBT matters
• Client relationship management

CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

• CA/CPA ideally but not necessary
• 5+ years experience in Australian Public Practice
• Ability to manage their own client base
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills (non negotiable)
• An excellent work ethic, attitude and willingness to learn

My client is also open to candidates on a hybrid basis who are based in Port Macquarie or Newcastle who can work remotely with monthly visits to the office
