We do more than collect the bin from your street, we also convert waste into clean energy, divert food waste from landfill and convert to compost, manufacture customised waste management equipment, asbestos removal, refine and recycle oil, manage and maintain our fleet inhouse and have our own bespoke technology systems.

ABOUT THIS ROLE

We are seeking a self-motivated Operations Coordinator to support the company’s operations, based at our Wagga Wagga depot. 

In this role you will assist in coordinating the daily operations, playing a pivotal connecting role for our administration, sales & truck driving team.

We are an essential services industry, offering stability to employees and reliability to our customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain safety, environment and quality outcomes and records for our drivers and customers
  • Support all aspects of heavy vehicle and driver training compliance
  • Analyse productivity and logistics reports & drive efficiencies  
  • Organise day to day activities, including customer enquiries, incident investigations, breakdowns, and audits/ inspections
  • Ability to prioritise and perform duties in a fast paced and varied role
  • Accurately process daily run sheets, filing, review and submit regulatory documentation
  • Strive to achieve and uphold a high level of customer service within the business
  • Other general administration and support duties as required

ABOUT YOU

  • Previous experience in Administration within a Logistics or Transport business is essential
  • A commitment to providing customer service of the highest standard
  • Excellent communication skills; both verbal & written
  • Multi-task and demonstrate an enthusiasm and determination to perform duties in a fast paced and varied role
  • Ability to logically analyse workflows & processes
  • Understanding of NHVR CoR & fatigue management
  • Self-motivated, team player who is reliable with a strong work ethic
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail 
  • Work well within a team environment with the ability to work autonomously
  • Maintaining a positive work ethic and maintain confidentiality
  • HR license desirable (or willing to obtain in future)
  • Able to successfully satisfy a pre-employment medical
