Key Responsibilities :

As an Electrical Service Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless installation, commissioning, and maintenance of our packaging machinery, with a focus on can making welding lines. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the installation, commissioning, and startup of new machinery and equipment, with an emphasis on can making welding lines.
• Providing technical services such as troubleshooting, diagnostics, repair, maintenance, and upgrades for production machinery and quality control equipment.
• Conducting comprehensive training sessions for customers, both in classroom environments and on-site, to ensure optimal operation of our machines.
• Coordinating and assisting overseas technicians during their service visits, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
• Collaborating with service and sales teams to provide further solutions, sales support, and product demonstrations.
• Compiling detailed daily/weekly service reports for clients, overseas suppliers, and management to ensure transparency and accountability.

Qualifications :

To excel in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's Degree in ELECTRICAL/ELECTRONIC Engineering from a well-recognized university.
• At least 5 years of experience specializing in electronic/electrical INSTALLATION and TROUBLESHOOTING of various production machinery and quality control instruments.
• Experience with can making welding machines is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in hardware and software computing skills, with knowledge of PLC programming being a definite plus.
• The ability to work under pressure with a service-oriented mindset and strong analytical thinking skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, both internally and externally.
• Fluency in both spoken and written English, with excellent report writing skills for communication with overseas suppliers.
• Fluency in both spoken and written Thai.
• Access to a reliable car in good condition, as travel will be required for on-site visits and service calls.
• Willingness to undergo overseas training and visits as part of the job requirement.
