Position Overview: As a Sales Coordinator, you will collaborate with both the sales and marketing teams to execute integrated strategies that promote our products, generate leads, and enhance brand awareness. You'll be responsible for managing various projects, coordinating events, analysing data, and ensuring seamless communication between departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Analysis

  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Produce weekly sales reports to provide insights into performance and inform decision-making processes.

Consignment Fulfillment

  • Manage the consignment fulfillment process for corporate retail clients, ensuring timely delivery and accurate order processing.

Sales Support

  • Provide the sales team with necessary marketing materials, such as presentations, product information, and case studies.

Marketing Campaign Support

  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns that align with sales objectives.

Event Coordination

  • Coordinate and organize events, trade shows, and webinars to showcase our offerings and engage with potential customers.

Communication Management

  • Maintain a clear line of communication between sales, marketing, and fulfillment teams, sharing insights and feedback to refine strategies.

CRM Management

Update and manage the company's CRM systems to ensure accurate lead tracking and reporting, customer and product information is up to date.

Pricing Management

  • Ensure consistent and accurate product and pricing details on both digital and non-digital channels.

Industry Awareness

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscapes to contribute innovative ideas to the team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales analysis and coordination,
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems and marketing analytics.
  • Must have strong Excel capability for data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive multitasker with strong organizational abilities.
  • Passion for sales and marketing.
