The successful Senior Strata Manager will need the following skills and attributes:

• Prior experience as a Senior Strata Manager
• Minimum Class 2 License
• Genuine desire to help the team around them succeed and grow with the business
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a small team desirable
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills
• Superior communication skills and high level of business acumen 
• A positive and personable attitude
• Prompt follow up & resolution of inquiries
• Providing superior service and informed advice to your clients
• Acting in a true relationship management capacity to ensure A grade service at all times and retention of clients
