Responsibilities:
 

• Manage Overall day-today accounting work such as Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Fixed Asset, GL, Budget Control, Cashflow Forecast, Taxation.
• Perform month end and Year end closing financial statement in accordance with Thai accounting standards and related tasks in a timely manner and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies, procedures, systems, and principles.
• Prepare management report and review all transaction and accounting functions and identify significant operations/financial variances and provide reasonable explanation and solutions for those discrepancies.
• Review GL accounts reconciliation and follow up to close outstanding items.
• Prepare quarterly Latest Forecast Report.
• Prepare PND 50,51 and all supporting documents.
• Prepare and submit a full range of taxes in compliance with laws and regulations to be complete, accurate, and within a timeframe to Revenue Department.
• Coordinate with relevant parties such as auditors and related departments to ensure compliance with relevant statutory requirements and standards.
• Handle in process new system activities of accounting system.
• Solving accounting and tax questions with subordinates and other departments.
• To take up additional assignment as required to meet with company need as assigned.

Qualifications:
 

• Bachelor's Degree or above in Accounting 
• Min. 7 years experience in Finance & Accounting
• Experience in Retail or Shopping Centre is preferable 
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Holding a CPD license.
• Experience in SAP is a plus
• Good supervisory skills, decision-making ability, effective communication, time management ability, and stress management ability.
• Capable to use Microsoft Office, Words, Excel, and PowerPoint
